The "Shiun Course" begins with a platter of three appetizers of the day, followed by a golden shrimp and seafood salad and the ever-popular roast beef tower. This luxurious banquet course includes a gorgeous spiny lobster sashimi, a platter of three kinds of horse sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture, a seasonal vegetable and premium shrimp tempura platter, grilled domestic Wagyu beef tongue with green onions and salt, grilled Wagyu beef steak with pepper on a hot plate, salmon roe and salmon kamayaki rice, and a choice of main dish from gout hot pot.
