The "Shiun Course" starts with a platter of three kinds of appetizers of the day, followed by a golden salad of shrimp and seafood and the roast beef tower that is a hot topic on social media. It is a luxurious banquet course that includes a luxurious spiny lobster sashimi, a platter of three kinds of horse sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture, assorted seasonal vegetables and the highest quality shrimp tempura, grilled domestic wagyu beef tongue with green onions and salt, grilled wagyu beef steak with pepper on a hot plate, salmon roe and kamayaki rice, and a choice of main dishes from gout hot pot.
