The "Twilight Course" starts with a platter of three appetizers of the day, followed by a salad of prosciutto made with organic vegetables caught that morning, and carpaccio of today's fresh fish and avocado. It is Yutakaya's easy-to-make course, which ends with a choice of main dish: teppan teriyaki Kagoshima chicken, domestic wagyu beef sushi, and Oyama chicken hotpot.
